  • Walk & Connect

    Sunday October 4th, 1.00pm

    Monthly, I’ll be bringing our type 1 diabetes community together for regular connection and movement. These meet‑ups are a chance to walk, talk, share lived experience and support one another - all ages and all whānau welcome.

    The next event will be on Sunday, 4 October at 11am. We’ll meet at Botanical Gardens, just outside Ilex Café. Grab a coffee or a hot chocolate and join us for a gentle walk‑and‑talk session.

    Adults, teens, kids, parents, grandparents - everyone living with or supporting someone with type 1 diabetes are welcome.
