I offer online consultations as well as in-person appointments at my clinic in Ilam, Christchurch.If you are looking for an appointment outside of my regular clinic hours, please email me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To keep appointments running smoothly and to honour the time set aside for your care, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.If I don’t receive this notice, or if you’re unable to attend on the day, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.I know that life can be unpredictable. If something unexpected comes up, I may choose to waive the fee at my discretion. Your communication is genuinely appreciated, it helps me offer steady, reliable support to everyone I work with.
